Can I exchange/return an item when I buy from your e-shop?

Yes, Like and but any physical both e. shop by LR laws kolicy goods are exchanged and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the seller has set a longer time limit.

What is the delivery time?

Can I pay for goods by post, i.e. by collecting the goods from the post office and paying the courier?

No, this is not possible. Goods are only shipped upon receipt of prepayment.

If after wearing the product for a few months I discover a fault, e.g. a broken zipper, a loose part of the bag, a broken strap, etc., do I have any warranty in this case and how should I proceed?

Yes, just like in any physical or electronic shop, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania you have 2 years of warranty service. In case of a malfunction you must contact the company representative by email klausk@italianbags.lt , provide your order number, describe the fault and attach photographs of the fault so that we can assess the degree of the fault and the cause of the fault, whether the fault was caused by the user or a possible defect. If the fault is due to the manufacturer, we will refer you to our technician who will repair the product at the company's expense. If you live in another city, you send the product to the address we have given you on payment of the postage, and once the product has been repaired, we will send you the repaired product to the address you have given us at our expense.

Do you have a physical store and can you come and see the products on site?

Currently we do not have a physical store, but only a Show Room in Vilnius, where you can come to see and buy the products by calling in advance +370 600 84 510 or +370 602 41 393 and arranging a time to come.

Are handbags really genuine leather and made in Italy?

Yes, all handbags that you will find in our e-shop www.italianbags.lt or Show Room Vilnius P. Žadeikos g. 9 are made in Italy and the proof of this is the obligatory mark of the Republic of Italy on the inner body of the handbag, where you will find the inscription GENUINE LEATHER - MADE IN ITALY. Only goods made in Italy can bear this mark.
