- General provisions.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the basic principles and procedures under which the Seller, Italian Fashion, MB, company registration number 305726634, registered address Šviesos g. 4-68. Grigiskes, Vilnius LT- 27120 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") shall process the personal data of the Buyers (hereinafter referred to as "You") in the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "e-shop").

2.1 You must provide full, complete and correct information about yourself on the registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading information on the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel your order. The Seller recognises and respects the right to privacy of every natural person who visits the e-shop. The Seller collects and uses personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) in order to:

- resolve problems with the placement or delivery of goods;
- In the online shop, payments are processed using makecommerce.lt
platform operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), and therefore your personal information necessary for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.
Personal data is processed through secure means that protect it from unauthorised destruction, disclosure or other unlawful activities.
2.2 Your non-personal data, i.e. data relating to your purchases, may be used by the Seller for statistical purposes. Such statistical data collection will not allow your personal identity to be directly or indirectly identified. The Seller reserves the right to transfer the statistical data to a third party.

The Seller shall be entitled to pass on the information to third parties, solely for the purposes of clause 2(2). The Seller shall not transfer your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

All notifications relating to the processing of personal data are made by email to info@italianbags.lt. The Seller shall reply in the form in which it received the notification or claim.
