If you choose a gift voucher, it can only be redeemed in the italianbags.lt online shop.

After payment, you will receive your gift voucher at the delivery address or post office of your choice within 1-3 days.

If you wish, we will send the E-gift voucher to your email address on the same or next working day before 4 pm, if you write in the "Additional information" field in the checkout window that you would like to receive an electronic version of the voucher.

The voucher can only be used once. The balance is non-refundable.
